McHenry County Conservation District wildlife specialist, Beth, visited the 4th grade classes this week. Students learned about the owls that live in our county and were able to see a screech owl up close.

This week Mrs. Binz is taking the Library Classes on a walking field trip to Harvard Diggins Library. The students are learning about the Free Summer Reading Club, the free activities that are included, how to get library cards, and they are going on a scavenger hunt while they're there! Be sure to ask your child about the million pennies! Thank you so much to Mrs. Karen (Sutera) for showing us around and for accommodating our early classes.
